- Work included: Assisting in budgeting operational costs year-on-year.
- Researching and applying for grants in marine conservation from organisations such as WWF and NatGeo.
- Developing a pipeline of philanthropic donors and leading conversations on investment.
- Developing an education product funding channel.
- Creating a blue carbon funding model together with a consortium of local and international NGOs, the regional university, tourism operators and a private service provider, in order to seek seed funding from blue carbon investment vehicles.
