- Created a sustainability strategy from scratch for the client, examining the best approach for the brand and club members. Conducted a carbon footprint analysis and set up suppliers with ocean plastic and tree planting programmes in the region.
- As part of an implementation programme, started an operational transformation to reduce energy consumption at the client premises and embedded it into working processes.
- Created a reporting structure including KPIs involving finance and operations to produce data and analysis on a monthly basis for management and the marketing team.
- Created a plan for communicating the client’s successes to their audience of members and potential members, including ambitious plans for certifications, awards and developing a thought leadership role in the country.
- Travelled to the climate conference COP26 in the role of reporter for the client, recording and writing content to be shared with members to a brief defined by the marketing team, informed by the wider sustainability strategy.
